Please kindly understand that, each lock cylinder will equip with different keys to ensure safety (Regarding Additional Key Requests). Usually we just produce two keys for each lock. If you need extra alike keys, you could go to your local hardware store to copy the original key.

1. Enter the default combination (0000) or your existing combination.
2. Press and hold the Reset Button (A) on the left side with the included Screwdriver.
3. While holding the Reset Button (A), enter your desired new combination code. Ensure all numbers are aligned with the marker line.
4. Release the Reset Button (A). Your new combination code is now set.

Please Note: After setting the combination, the Reset Button (A) must return properly. If it does not, some digits may not be aligned with the marker lines. In this case, adjust the digits slightly until the reset button returns. If the dial is turned when the digits are not properly aligned, the combination may be lost forever.

Important: Please remember your new password. RETRUE has no way to reset it if you forget it.

When not in use for an extended period, especially outdoors or during winter, they may develop issues affecting their functionality. Clean locks thoroughly before long-term storage to remove dirt and debris. And apply lock-specific lubricant to keyways and moving parts to prevent rust and ensure smooth operation.
