This hitch is the best-looking hitch I have ever used It is made of aluminum, and it is a high-quality product solidly constructed, with great fit and finish. It fits very well in both 2" & and 2½" receivers. The hitch comes with 2 balls, 2” and 2- 5/16”. The manufacturer really paid attention to detail on this design. The overall length of the hitch is12¼ inches. The weight of the hitch with the height locking bolt installed is 11 lbs 14oz. The weight with height locking bolt and 2½ receiver adapter installed is 12lbs 9oz. The ball mounting plate thickness is 1-1/16 inches. The distance from the center of the rear pinhole to the center of the ball is 8⅜ inches. The distance from the center of the front pinhole to the center of the ball is 9½ inches. The distance from the top of one ball to the top of the other ball is 7⅝ inches. The adjustment hole tower height is 6 11/16 inches. The spacing between the 6 adjustment holes is 1 inch. I appreciated that the adapting sleeve which allows it to fit 2½” receivers, gets screwed into place with the included Alan head screws to give it a tight and secure fit. Most others I have seen have a sleeve that slides on unattached, and always has wobble and rattling noises. The manufacturer even includes an Alan wrench to attach to the screws. The only improvement that could be made is to improve the size markings on the top of the balls, they are difficult to read; It is Really not a big deal though, I mean there are 2 balls how difficult is it to remember or figure out which is which. I am truly impressed with this hitch I love the quality and appearance. What a great hitch!
